NEW Tsunami coming from North Easter Japan

Officials from North-Eastern Japan warned the residents to get ready for the next coming tsunami with 3 meters height of waves.
The officials ordered residents to go to a higher ground. Meanwhile Japan is creating a planned blackout to conserve their remaining electricity. Video of the next tsunami wave to follow.

UPDATE:
New Tsunami warning cancelled by Meteorological Agency. There is no current risk for another deadly tsunami.
